Why we should meditate/exercise every day

What is Pranic Healing? According to Health Write For Us, Mental Health Write For Us, and Health Guest Post, it is a mix of Rainbow Reiki, Shamballa Reiki, Morning Meditation, and Soul Healing make up for Pranic Healing.

Ever noticed that most of the time either we are hanging on to the regrets of the past or fear of the future? What about the present? Ever got a chance to feel the present moment, what’s happening right now? Yes, that is meditation- it brings you to the present moment. Also, we should meditate daily because it is the best self-time one can give to the self. In this world full of debates and opposition, meditation is one topic for which I have hardly heard opposing views (whether one practices or not). So, meditate. It will change the way you look at life.I have often noted that that enlightenment is not predicated on “my” happiness or “my inner peace…….bu….my enlightenment “is” predicated on my being able to see and engage in this cacophony called the world to consider if I had attached to a world of like people”. As a Nichiren Buddhist I am guided to appreciate the diversity of practices of our world I think to wish or attach myself to a world of Nichern practicers is an antithetical and dangerous aspiration. I suspect the world that the Buddha teaches is a thriving ecosystem of bio ritual diversity….which to me means churches, temples, and synagogues, mosques dotting the landscape proud in their iconography portraying peace and happiness. With their doors open for all us to roam and taste the diversity of human ingenuity….

Meditation gives skills including stress management, concentration, attention, self-control, and self-awareness.
