As you all know, the COVID-19 pandemic has rendered all the people over all nations completely free (read unlimited time to do anything!). There’s not much pressure on the people to work due to the nationwide lockdown. Fitness freak finds it far more difficult to keep fit due to closure of all the gyms and fitness centres. They have carved a way out to be the same in their homes during their period also. Mental health is important because it’s an integral part of your life and impacts your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. It will also keep you focussed. Our behaviors reflect the state of our mental health. Talking to people about how you feel is also very important. If you are mentally fit, your productivity and creativity level will increase.

In this pandemic, all individuals should focus on countries' Lockdown protocol and maintain social distance. staying fit on the other hand is extremely important. Keeping your mental health and physical in sync is called healthy living during the lockdown.


You can do these things to keep yourself fit-:

  • You can go to Yoga and physical exercises like free hands

  • Maintain your routine just like how it used to be before the lockdown period.

  • Drink Plenty of water and stay hydrated

  • Go for reading books and doing your hobby

  • Do not seat or rest for a long time.

  • Have less oily food and eat fiber since after lockdown if your physical activity had been restricted and you need digestible food.

But having said that, Do not forget the necessary prevention against Covid-19 Which are Wash your hand frequently and Maintain Social Distance.
